Will the jewelry tarnish or irritate my skin?

Our jewelry is made from high-quality materials that are gentle on the skin and retain their shine with daily wear. To keep your pieces looking beautiful for as long as possible, we recommend removing them before showering, exercising, or swimming.

How do I find the right ring size?

The easiest way is to measure a ring you already wear and compare it with our size guide. If you are unsure, send us a message — we are happy to help you find the right size.

Can I exchange or return my order?

Yes. You have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order. If you are not completely satisfied, simply contact us and we will arrange an exchange or return. We want you to feel confident about your purchase.

Will my order arrive beautifully packaged?

Yes. All our orders come in beautiful packaging, ready to give as a gift or to treat yourself.

How long does delivery take?

We process all orders within 1–3 business days, with delivery across Australia typically taking 7–14 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, so you can easily follow your package every step of the way, right to your doorstep.

Bought it for my mum and she actually went quiet for a second, which from her means a lot. The box it arrived in was nice enough that I didn't need to wrap it.

Took around 4 days. Came properly boxed though with the strap wrapped separately, and nothing was creased. Just order ahead if it's a gift.

Fits my 13-inch laptop, a water bottle and a small makeup bag without looking stuffed. I was measuring the dimensions against my old bag for ten minutes before ordering and it turned out roomier than I expected.

Second bag from here. Got the black one in spring, carried it almost daily since and the corners still look fine, so I came back for the tan. Same quality both times.

Three people at work asked which brand it was in the first week. One of them ordered the same one.

Popped in for a birthday present and ended up buying two. Watched the girl wrap the first one and just stood there with my phone out like an idiot taking photos of a box. Walked out and my friend said the bag looked absolutely amazing!
